We were told by the designer that we will get our project ready within ** days and we made the payment of Rs ***** on **th November. Before we booked the services the designer was regularly contacting us and forcing us to make the payment ASAP, once the payment is done she started ignoring our calls and messages.
We have sent couple of emails, however, we did not get any response from anyone.
After that we got a call from their studio director saying that their is delay in response from their side and they apologize for that .
Then we finalized the design on **th december, however, no validation is done yet and now they are saying we won't be able to deliver the project before **th Feb.
Now after this incident we dont want to continue with them and we want our money back but they are denying to return the money.
