Dipanshu filed complaint against BSNL FIBER on Oct 20, 2020
We took a BSNL Fiber Plan U-***-**Mbps-R*Mbps
with an fup limit of ***GB and Fup speed of ** mpbs. From day one i have never achieved even ** mbps.
Actual downloading speed has never gone above ***kbps. I have filed a Complaint in Bsnl consumer care my complain was recorder * days back, but still problem persists. i have reported the same in my nearest bsnl exchange, still no steps have been taken. after so many efforts yesterday a bsnl worker attended our problem, but still he says talk to above authorities. i am totally ditched by the company. i am in the need of internet speed for my college work, yet i stand helpless even after filing complaints and paying for the rs *** for the plan.
