BSNL FIBER - Delay in connection

I m in madurai tirumangalam, I have book a fiber net connection on October** th ****. But it's almost * months there is no response from bsnl sde or local fibernet contractor. I'm fed up and frustrated after multiple attempts to resolve the problem.
