Sirphire - False claims arrogant behavior

Bought a case from Sirphire a few days back, the company claims to have a *.* ft drop protection and within days of use, I ended up having a broken glass case. Injured my finger, and when I approached the customer service, person was extremely rude and non compliant qnd started questioning me. I'm *'*, the case fell from my pocket at a * ft height. Denied replacement, compensation and even apology. Instead engaged into an unprofessional questioning with me. Very disappointing.
