Nimbuspost Private Limited - False claims and Charges

*) I have been using Nimbuspost for a couple of months now and I have shipped more than *** products using their platform. Recently an incident happened with me which is unjustifiable, I was charged false weight even after submitting all the necessary proofs. I called customer care * times till now and they had no explanation for the same and they just told me that they will look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. I have not received any calls or messages even after weeks. I have a clothing shop where I ship T-shirts and Hoodies most of them weigh under *** grams, I was charged * KG for it even when the proofs I submitted from my side clearly show that the weight I had mentioned was correct, and even when I asked for proof from the courier side I did not receive any proof.

*) The person who was assigned to me Mr. Bhawesh had promised me that Nimbuspost is different from Shiprocket and Nimbuspost will inform all the weight discrepancies as soon as the products reached the warehouse and I also have voice recordings where I was told that it will take a maximum of *-** working days to show up my weight discrepancies on the panel and my escalations will be solved as soon as possible. Even after that, My escalations were solved after nearly * month and I got weight discrepancies after * month of product delivery and these were auto accepted because no email was sent from their side and I did not open my account as I was promised that it doesn't take long to show up weight discrepancies and I had covid.

*) False claims were made so that I signed up, I was told that Nimbuspost will send out emails as well with tracking details to my customers and I have proof of it because it is also mentioned their website and the same was conveyed to me by Nimbuspost executive for which I have a voice recording. I had also spoken to the customer support team regarding the same and they told me this feature is available and I need to raise a Tech escalation after raising the escalation I was told that there was no feature like this.
