NIMBUSPOST PRIVATE LIMITED - Charge the money for shipping and lost the packages never refunded a penny

I own a online ecommerce website, recently I took a service from a company named nimbuspost, i shipped about *** packages from thier pannel about more than ** shipments were never reached to the customer and returned to me, few of the shipment are in transit since * months and there is no response on that, few shipments are lost but the money for those shipments are never refuned, all the reviews on facebook and google are from fake profiles having (*-* friends) in their friend list. please help this company has thuged me and it will thug many other if not stopped.
