Sbi Credit Card Department - False amount dues

I received the sbi credit card after * months due to the courier company. They were unable to deliver as they were unable to locate the address. The card had wrong details on it and I was unable to generate PIN even. I called sbi customer care and asked to block it right away and reverse the false charges. Since then it had been ** months fighting from them and now the due amount is seen as Rs. **** which is totally false. When I received this card and was unable to generate PIN even. I asked sbi to block it right away. there seems no use to be vigilant and reporting an issue on time. Very bad experience.
Please help me get to get rid of this issue. I will never recommend anyone to use sbi credit card service.
