Dhiren Traders filed complaint against Meesho on Jan 21, 2022
I sent * piece men's suit products to a person named Rahul in Uttar Pradesh, which had a hanger, coat, pant, jacket both side and brouch. That customer sent me this useless used wrong products. Which is of no use to me whose value is *. video and track number I have shared with Meesho. Order ID : ***********_* .
I had filed a complaint in Meesho on *th January ****. I have received fake products back. Either I should return my products or claim it. So they asked for * days for this matter and today on **st January **** my claim was rejected. Because the returns are high, then it has to do with fake products. Because the products were sent by me right from Meesho. Either I should be given my products back or my claim should be given back. When I complained about it, I was again told that the claim will not be received.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
