Hi, i ordered a flex pen worth *** Rs from Amazon india. But the seller (Good Goods mall) sent me a wrong fake pen worth only ** Rs. Immediately i applied for the return, but for a week, nobody came for the pickup. So i gave a negative feedback for the seller. Now the seller accepted his mistake of sending the wrong item and promised me to refund the full amount if i remove the negative feedback. But i cant able to remove the negative feedback as there is no option to edit it and the Amazon india customer service executives are helpless. Please help me to get my full refund.
