I would like to file a complaint against Shiprocket regarding an unfair and unsupported weight discrepancy charge imposed on my shipment booked on ** May ****.
I had entered the correct shipment weight and dimensions while booking the order. The actual weight of the parcel was only *.*kg and the dimensions were ** x ** x ** cm, resulting in a volumetric weight of *.***kg.
However, more than ** days after the shipment process, Shiprocket suddenly raised a weight discrepancy claim stating the parcel weight as **kg and imposed an additional charge of ₹*** on my account without providing any proper proof or valid evidence for the same.

• Actual Weight: *.*kg
• Dimensions: ** x ** x ** cm
• Volumetric Weight: *.***kg
Additionally, the distance between the pickup and destination locations is only around **km, making the claimed **kg charge highly unreasonable.
Shiprocket is asking me to provide fresh measurement photos as proof. However, this discrepancy has been raised more than ** days after shipment completion, and it is not practical for sellers to retain parcel boxes and packaging materials for weeks in anticipation of delayed claims.
However, I do possess the unboxing video of the package, which can clearly establish the actual parcel size and condition, and I am willing to provide the same as supporting evidence.
I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and help resolve the issue by directing Shiprocket to remove the incorrect discrepancy charge imposed on my account.
