Xiaomi India - Fake sales by MI

In the recent *pm sale on mi.com i tried for the ** inch tv. It got added to my cart but went out of stock while i initiated to process the payment. that too in **-** sec. i contacted the customer service for the same and their reply was that people must have paid earlier than me or my connection might be slow . I am using a fibre optic broadband with high speed. moreover it is not possible for anybody even if they are using automated scripts to pay in flat **-** secs. coz otp and other gateway processing also takes time on a average maybe around *.*mins to * min. out of curosity tried on all days for the sale and same thing happened(this time nothing got added to cart).sale was over in flat *-* sec. which according to MI is icluding the time it took to pay as it is first come first serve. i only had heard MI doing fake Sales but now i am sure they do that and i want the company to know people are not fools. i want this to be rectified.

note : i had put all my details beforehand including saved debit card for faster checkout.I have the screenshots of my conversation with customer care
