Byjus Clasees - FAKE PROMISES AND NOT SOLE MY PROBLEM

A Byjus agent visited my house to sell a course for me . He promised few benefits like online face to face teaching , one on one teacher, every subject have separate teacher, **** support , proper guidance and many more . if not I was allowed to discontinue from the course within * monts . Later after I enrolled for the course, nothing as such happened, only materials were sent and no tutoring was done , no teacher alloted, even i was facing technical issue that was solved after * months i regulalary called for request a call back but there is no call back . payment are also deducted from credit card. After knowing that the sold us their course by giving false statements I immediately called Byjus and asked them to cancel my course. Its been more than a month and I have made ***"s of calls and wrote many emails but I am not getting any proper response from them. My admission charges and whole amount not get back are yet not refunded also Even after further calling all they are asking me to wait and they will call me back but nothing is happening. I want my refund and a strict action against this looting and liar company. they made me lot of promises but no one was fulfilled . i am not able to use this because nothing in it . i am facing more than * times issues in this recently i call a request for complaint but there is * days are gone but there is no call back from company side . its a fake comapny. i want to take action against it strictly. it demaged my *.* years of time . my course duration ends on december **** . even i am not able to use *% of this course because there is nothing in it . please take an action sir/mam. i need my money back .
