My son Sougata Mal,class VI, admitted for online classes from Oct'****. But from April'** no online class started , many times called customer care but not solved yet now and my contact was upto May'**** upto class VII. I have agreement also. My EMI is deducting from Bajaj Finance Rs. ******* months and initially I deposited Rs.**,***. So I want to refund my money as class is not running. So please advice me.
