Hopeshops.in - fake produut received

SHIJU VA filed complaint against Hopeshops.in on May 3, 2018

I have ordered bose soundlink revolve bluetooth speaker for which hopeshops.in offered a huge discount (ie . original cost was *****/- offer for ****/- only). But when I received on the delivery slip it is written as soundlink revolve but inside the box it was not bose soundlink revolve ,was some other local made speaker.pls help me to get refunded or replaced with the original product they offered
