I have ordered Bose Soundlink Revolve ******-**** Wireless Portable Bluetooth Speaker from the website named http://www.hopeshops.in as they are offering heavy discount and offering Rs.**,***/ product on Rs.****/- only . I ordered COD, when the courier service boy came he refused to open the product infont of him and said that to ask for return form the website. I received the product on **-**-****, the product was from some local company not from Bose as shown on their website. Picture attached.i had requested for return and refund from the company but no response received. Requesting your help for getting my hard earned money back.please help me
