I purchased Fossil Gen * Smartwatch which was a Flipkart Assured product on Tuesday, ** December ****, which was delivered on Friday, ** December ****.
During the delivery, I found multiple issues with the product which was seen by the Ekart delivery boy " Jemal Gandhi " :
*) The product was not packed properly, the product was already open and the warranty card of the product was already outside of the main product box.
*) The Smartwatch was already in used condition.
*) I ordered Grey Colour watch but the product color was Silver.
*) The charging Cable was totally local cable.
*) After watching an online video of the smartwatch the product looks like a fake product to me.
*) I have found one more Invoice for the product which is for a different address.
During the time of delivery, the delivery guy me ask for OTP multiple times as he thought that product was of normal delivery, I already mentioned to him that the product is for "open box "delivery and I want to return the product and I don't want this fake product, the Ekart Wishmaster Jemal told me that this can be returned only through the app, I asked him to wait and let me make a call to Flipkart he said he has multiple of delivery to carry so he asked me to return it by coordinating with the Flipkart by the normal return process.
During the time of delivery, he did not take any pictures in the open box delivery the Ekart Delivery guy take the picture, so he asked me to take the picture of the product instead.
Once he left I made multiple calls to Flipkart executives during one of my conversations with Flipkart executive "Deepesh" on the same delivery day, ** December around *:** PM. I put a conference call between the Ekart Executive "Jemal" and his Superior and Flipkart Executive "Deepesh" and told them about the whole issue during that Jemal accepted his fault, accepted all the issues I have mentioned above and he confirmed that I wanted the return of the product and he even accepted that while delivery he was not able to take the photo of the product due his technical glitch as he thought the product was of normal delivery, he only confirmed that he told me that product will be returned online (*-day return policy) by contacting with Flipkart executive, you can also trace the whole conversation as the call was recorded from your side for quality purpose and the Incident ID of the conversation is IN*******************.
During that conversation, my order was not showing delivered in the main Flipkart server and so, Flipkart executive "Deepesh" asked them if Ekart can take the product immediately then I don't have to face lots of problems for which Jemal's superior said that he will try to take back the product, which he till now didn't take and when I contacted to the Ekart they said they escalated the issue from their end and put a mail to there head office.
Till now no resolution has been provided to me, as I have given all the proof and even I have made a conference call in which the Ekart delivery boy accepted his mistake.
For your better understanding, I am attaching all the Photos of the product and packaging and the different address Invoice (Invoice no - FAH*YQ**********) which I received inside the delivery box.
