Saprem filed complaint against SHOP CLUES on Oct 19, 2018
Shopclues, (an online shopping site) has been selling fake and duplicate products. It is not just me, many others I know and probably thousands of others have faced same problem. The company sells degraded and fake products many a times. Currently ordered for Sony headphones XB***AP and I was delivered a XB*** and that too a fake one (which can be seen from picture attached as original one has model name written on it). Lot of my time and efforts are wasted.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
