Awstro - Fake product received

This company is selling all fake products and I have ordered a jbl flip * its product id is KMIGURAON. They have told it's original and it has a *-year warranty and it's black in colour. I got a duplicate jbl and no warranty and it's in a blue colour. After delivery I called them he told your request for refund is disapproved simply. After that, they are not picking my calls. My hard earned money in **** is gone. Please support me and let it don't happen to another person.
