I had placed an order for 'Loreal Paris Loreal Professionnel Vitamino Color AOX Shampoo ***ml' with the order ID 'OD******************'. When I used the product I found it was not producing enough lather as a good shampoo does. I lodged a complaint with the company. Although the product is non-refundable since it is not original, it is not my mistake also. I expected Flipkart to co-operate with me and provide a corrective solution. But instead, they specified their policy which is of no use to me. Kindly help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
