I ordered JBL portable speaker which was displayed on their portal for Rs**** on * jan ****.
Instead the product i received on * jan ****
was TG *** portable speaker , a cheap product available for Rs *** on Amazon. I want a refund. The product i received had a loose flap over charging socket .I want the company to refund in cash while collecting the product.
No one has called me despite my complaints on their portal. Their toll free number doesnt work Very untrustworthy company
