Drift Deals india - Defected item delivered and fraud happened

I have brought portable air cooler for kitchen and as soon I opened it the packing was tamepered and when I looked the product than product also been found defected. Switch was not in correct place.
I called customer care multiple times since last couple of days but they are not picking and I also dropped an email with attachment but no response. Also i am sure they intentially sent the defected product
