.Courier person delivered me package .
As packet shows name "Bhumik Enterprise multicoloured anarkali" with price tag RS.****, I paid him RS.**** in cash .
But when I opened the packet , I found a cheap item inside. (Yellow saree of cost less than RS ***)
As courier boy had left already ..I tried on Snapdeal site & lodged complaint.
Also called on Snapdeal contact number- **********. Also emailed at help@snapdeal.com
But they are sending mails after mails but matter is not yet solved.
I feel cheated for RS ****/-
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
