I had ordered for a calvin klein perfume which costed me ****rs and had received a perfume bottle with the cover very clearly tampered with. I had written some mails regarding the issue to customer care along with the photographs. Even the cover paper cover of the perfume bottle was torn inside and then packed with a plastic sheet from outside. Though I received a reply from them it was only to an extent of assuring that the product is original and that the packaging got affected because of logistical process. It pains me to see that I have spent a huge amount with so much deliberation and feel swindled by the company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
