Flipkart.com - Fake product delivered

I ordered the product of amount **,*** i.e. sony camera from flipkart and instead of that product i get different one and when requested for replacement the flipkart is denied for refund or replace the product instead of all this the flipkart blocked my account and also close my grievance. The flipkart is making fool to the public by sending duplicate products and if any one replaced the product they block their account and say unusually high returns detected they are fraudulent from public. Kindly help me out from getting out from this fraud done by flipkart and kindly give my money back as the amount is ** thousand i beg kindly give me justice.
