I asked for help from Uber support that I am unable to do non-cash payment service on Uber eats, every time a new person was giving the answer to add payment in the method which was already done so out of anger. I said I will file the complaint so they opened long one year back rides that its payment is not done but it's all fake. As I can't take the new ride if I haven't paid the last amount. Out of anger, they did this all which is not acceptable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
