ENTIC FASHION - FAKE ONLINE WEBSITE NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

Dear Sir/Madam,
A product named: New Viscose Georgette Chikankaru Kurta Red was purchased from onlineshopping website :
(https://www.enticfashion.com/products/new-viscose-georgette-chikankari-kurta-with-palazzo-and-dupatta-red?_pos=*&_psq=new-vis&_ss=e&_v=*.*) dated **.*.**.
On **.**.**** the item was delivered to our home address with surprisingly completely different product on COD basis w amnt Rs ****.**
We tried to make contact over phone: ********** and email id: info.enticfashion@gmail.com for return & refund( given in Entic fashion website). But no body responded till date as it seems as fake.
We want return and refund of our money against wrong delivery.
