Entic Fashion - Product not returned and entic fashion is fraud

I ordered a product from Entic Fashion. The product delivered to me is totally different from the product I ordered. It is of different color with very cheap quality. When I tried returning it, I faced many problems and I got to know that this website Entic Fashion is fraud. And I didn't even got my money back.
I ordered seeing their return policy but when I tried returning it, the website was asking me to login which they didn't ask while ordering. They Directly ordered through my mobile number and when I logged in for returning the product they took my email id and were telling me this product is not ordered through this email id. And when I tried connecting my mail id with the contact number I was unable to do that. And even I tried contacting the customer care number, they were not even answering the call.
There are some details which tells how fraud this website is and I'll upload the evidences as well :-
*. They had a WhatsApp number connected with their website which I contacted before ordering and they replied but guess what as I recieved wrong order and I tried contacting them again they stopped replying me and not even recieved my call.
*. I sent an email of the complaint to their official email site but till now there is no feedback from their side.
*. I even send a complaint on their customer helpcare present on their website but no reply was recieved from their side.

I would sincerely request voxya to please help me get my money back.
