Durian - Fake leather and very bad quality sofa delivered and not responding to resolve

We purchased leather sofa from Ghitorni branch of Durian last year ****, and raised the complaint on email about the quality of sofa and asked for resolution ..here I am providing the details of mail
We are seeing some damage in Sofa with in a month of usage: there is a sagging at many places and leather is chipping off. At the time of sales we were told by your sales staff that leather is very strong material and chipping off is the feature of artificial leather. We trusted and bought this sofa for a huge amount but looks like we are cheated. We need the following:

*. Let us know which type of leather it is made up of? we were told it is calf leather at the time of sale.
*. Since invoice says it is half leather, let us know diagrammatically which parts are pure leather and which are not.
*. What kind of other material it is made of?
*. Kindly provide the leather certification for this sofa.

We are not satisfied with this product and need our money back.

In order to resolve this issue you have following two options:

*. Provide me the following information and certificate to prove that Sofa is made up of leather as promised to me at the time of purchase by your sales manager- Avnish Kumar.

A. Let us know which type of leather it is made up of? We were told it is calf leather at the time of sale.
B. Since invoice says it is half leather, let us know diagrammatically which parts are pure leather and which are not.
C. What kind of other material is it made of?
D. Kindly provide the leather certification for this sofa.

Once I will review them and find satisfactory, I want my Sofa to be replaced or repaired FREE OF COST.

*. Take back your fake leather Sofa and return our full money.

I have been advised by the Ministry of Consumers Affairs to give you a last chance to resolve the issue which is going on for the last one year, therefore, I am serving you a final official notice attached to this email. I am also sending you the hard copies. I still hope you will resolve this amicably. No response will force me to take further concrete actions.
