Durian - Delivered Old used furniture

I purchased a Sofa set ( Perry: *+* seater) from the Ranchi showroom of Durian during the Diwali sale for Rs. ******. When the sofa set was delivered on November **,****, I found that the *-seater sofa is new but the *-seater sofa is an old/used one. There are general signs of wear and traces of use like colour change (yellowing), creases in the sitting area and flattening of the leather grains ( eg. armrest) . It has also been polished to hide the dust and dirt. When I contacted the dealer ( Kumar Complex, Opposite IGNOU, Road no. *, Ashok Nagar Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand, ******) , I was assured that the sofa will be replaced but they do not seem to have any such intentions. They have been avoiding my phone calls and delaying the matter.
