Just Dial Ltd - Fake Leads allegedly charging money under the name of "A CONTRACT"

I am subscribed to a Lead Generation plan on JustDial. I was not satisfied from Day * but my colleagues told me to continue as we would get some leads through it. In September, I was pretty much stressed due to poor quality of leads I was getting. So I asked JustDial to do something, but no efforts from their side. So I stopped keeping money in my Account and I didn't pay for * months. Now they have debited ₹*** as fines. What the hell is this company thinking about themselves? Now when I ask them to cancel the plan, they're saying it is not possible and I'll have to stick to it till plan ends. Please help me to sue this pathetic company. Fraud business practices.
