Reshma Rani filed complaint against Flipkart on Sep 2, 2019
I ordered an expensive FOSSIL ES **** Taylor Analog watch worth INR **,***. Order ID: OD****************** on *st July **** from Flipkart from the Flipkart seller named RETAIL NET.
The order was delivered within a day and reached by *rd July **** at the location i.e. Gurugram sector **. But to my astonishment the product received was a fake watch may be of worth INR **. So as a regular customer who orders in frequency from Flipkart should do what. Generate a complaint and inform the authorities about the same in the hope of a resolution. But to my wonder, the giant online shopping platform refused to acknowledge my complaint at first.
After repeated calls and emails from my end every day they assured me for a resolution every other day asking for ** hr but no replies or mails from their end. After frustrating ** days they told me that they gonna enquire about the issue and file a complaint against the seller. But on repeated pressure from my end, all they did was a reply stating the seller has refused to replace the item and the delivery boy said he handed over the correct item hence issue from our end is resolved even when it was clearly mentioned that item can be returned within ** days of delivery. I mean they simply refuse to take any action and refund my money. Firstly I received a wrong item and then I don't get my money back for the fake product.
This is how they are treating their customers.
The seller is not ready to accept a replacement and Flipkart refuses to give me a refund.
This is all shit going on they think we customers are trash who cannot do anything and will accept any loophole from their end.
