Booked online flight ticket from TripOdeal on */*/**** for Bagdogra to Bengaluru on Airasia and TripOdeal issued eticket No TOD********. However when I tried to web check-in Airasia website, it shows no such records is available. Later I found that its a fake ticket. I tried to contact the company but there is no response from them. therefore I want to file for refund of my booking amount
