I would like to inform you about the pathetic service of lifestyle store situated at Kota location. Yesterday I've shopped for approx Rs.*****, there's a so-called offer going on for men. If someone will shop for Rs.****, they'll get free vouchers worth Rs. **** on men apparels and footwears & the offer are valid till **st May ****. I went today to the concerned store and I was told something very different from yesterday. I am damn furious about the whole scenario. The customer is not supposed to bear the stupidity of employees. They need to get everything into a system. I wasted an hour in the whole process and what about the inconvenience I faced. Lifestyle store needs to compensate for the loss I faced. It seems like a small scam of trapping customers or manipulating them with deform policies. Stop coning customers in the first place or stop advertising fake commitments of satisfying customers. I want good compensation with a valid explanation of the whole case or I will take every possible action regarding the same. I had an extremely harrowing experience at least don't let such things to harm goodwill. Waiting for the revert.
