Ease my trip com - Fake Booking

I am really disappointed with EMT services due to fake availabilities and booking on site. I have paid Rs **** and booked a bus ticket (EMT********) with some very urgent cases. I tried call travel agency on **********, ********** but both the number were switched off and I started worrying about it as they haven't sent any bus number or confirmation. Passenger paid a heavy amount  to reach the pick up point due to heavy rain in Mumbai. Departure timing was *:** am on *th Aug **** from Bandra Kalanagar Best bus stand and passenger waited till *am in the night.
I started searching alternate contact number of Datta Krupa Travel Agency in the midnight around *am to know the status but no one was responding. Finally, I have got contacted with Surat branch on *********** at *:**am after ** minutes of actual travel time. The guy confessed there is no bus running from Mumbai due to lock down, online bookings are fraud and booking agencies cheating people by fake booking. I was really fed up with all these shit happened to me and contacted EMT customer care and complained the same. EMT representatives promising since *th Aug that I will get a call from them and will get my harden cash but haven't heard anything back from them.
Please help me to fix my problem.
