Flipkart.com - Fake and used products selling

I purchased i* processor *thgen from flipkart on *th oct **** amounting rs *****. Product delivered on **oct ****. I was happy with fast delivery but when i opened the package i found the box duplicate raised my suspicion. When opened the box it was having used processor of very old generation whoes market value is not even rs***. Also it came with little fan cooler which was also cracked at corner. When i checked internet for item box its say original intel i* chip doesn't come with fan. Also the box flipkart send looked totally fake having no related specification written (means its i* processor but tag was of i* and inside it was old Pentium processor , pic enclosed)
i raised redund issue with flipkart . They accepted return request but gets automatically cancelled. I had to call flipkart again. This happened * times.
