Dealclear.com - Fake and Non-functional product delivered

I bought one device entitled “Google Chromecast * Media Streaming Device WiFi Wireless Display Receiver (Black)” for Rs. *** on **.**.**** from Dealclear through cash on delivery. The product sent by Dealclear is totally fake and non-working Miracast. I sent them three e-mails at their support id support@dealclear.com but the emails bounced back. They also do not have any customer care number. This is a totally fake and fraud website. Now, I am saddled with a product that does not work. Please resolve my complaint.
