I ordered the said product from Flipkart on **-**-****. The product was delivered on **/**/****. It was a generic box without any brand packaging. As soon as i opened the box, the product was cracked and damaged from * places. I raised a replacement request the same day with Flipkart. They have been rejecting the replacement request since then. I have raised multiple complaint and everytime without any communication, the complaints are being closed. When i looked at the images of the product i ordered vs what i received, it turned out to be a completely fake product since the product neither came in a brand packaging nor had any branding anywhere and no label of any sort. Didnt even come with a user manual. I have either been cheater by Flipkart or their seller KratIndia .. Either way the responsibility lies with Flipkart. It has already been almost a month now without any resolution and Flipkart is only stretching time without any result. Now they have taken my consent to file an FIR against the seller. My question is, it has already been a month without a resolution, how much more time should i wait for the replacement. I ordered the product because it is needed for health reasons and i haven been able to use it for even a day due to the pending complaint. I need a replacement for the product and i also need a compensation equivalent of the product cost for the problem that has been created by Flipkart and their Seller. I am now tired of following up everytime.
