Details : I Ordered the aforementioned Product on July ** **** on COD, I got a message on **th July that my product was shipped and immediately I sent an email to the website regarding my query of the product being genuine or not. I also called them and got in touch with them over whatsapp for the same, However on **th July, I got a call from a number stating he was from Awstro and He was going to assist me in the query. I asked him and he assured me that the product I was purchasing is a genuine branded product with warranty as mentioned in the product description on their website. I accepted the COD delivery and paid the delivery boy. As soon as I unboxed the product I was shocked as the product had no serial number nor any warranty card as it was a Chinese fake copy and the product would not charge. So I emailed the awstro team on **th July but they have yet not replied to me mail, I got in touch with the number provided on the website but to no avail, They either tend to ignore my phone calls or if they pick they give lame excuses of calling at a latter point of time and immediately ending the call Repeated efforts on my behalf to be able to contact them seem to be falling on deaf ears.
Please assist me with this.
