I returned my white slippers on *nd of October. Delivery boy didn't confirmed it so my return request got cancelled the other day. I have his number but he never pick up my calls. I went to ekart office Patiale but too weren't helpful and expected me find my parcel on my own.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
