Physics Waalah - Failure to Refund Educational Fee after 365 Days of constant plea and submission of Proof

I am a student who lost out on the opportunity to access CAT MBA Ignite batch despite making on-time payment.I paid my fees on **/**/**** and money was successfully debited from my account but it was showing me that the transaction failed on PW's Website and App under my purchases section.
Now even after ** months, I am made to suffer with monotonous and apathetic replies which echo the same narrative without listening to what I have to say!
They are claiming that they have issued a refund which was processed on **/**/****, However, no such transaction records in my Bank's system.

My bank is telling me that no such entry exists with the transaction ID *********** on **-July'** which you have claimed to process the refund. They shared my bank statement for the entire month of July,****. Moreover, the credit cannot take longer than ***+ days right?.

My account statement is the latest that is available to me, which I received from my bank on the email and which I attached in the previous email. For your convenience, I am sharing an elongated version of the updated Bank Statement from **/**/**** to **/**/**** (almost an entire year).

You claim to have processed the refund but it is not showing so in my bank records and thereby I have not received my money back even after * entire year. I am simply a student who is caught in glitches and system failure of your billion dollar corporation.

Your system might be at fault, it failed to recognise that my purchase was successful in the first place. Consequently, this leads me to believe that the same fault in the mechanism might be the underlying cause of your error/fault.

That being said as requested by the previous customer support executive, I inquired about this with my bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank) and they had this to say over a telephonic conversation: The Merchant has failed to correctly process the stated transaction as requested by you and that they(Kotak) cannot find PW's transaction ID in their records so they wouldn't be able to do anything and that I must speak with PW to get this sorted.

I have been left to hung on endless calls, new customer support executives are reassigned after every message thereby rendering the issue unresolved in a loop.

To PW:
PFA the bank statement, this is my only irrefutable proof. Pls base your point of view contingent on this proof and do not make me explain the very same thing time and again. I have not received the refund through no fault of my own and my bank mentions that no such refund transaction exists in their updated records as well.
This leads us to now, PW still owes me my righful amount of ₹*,***.

I am repeating this once again, your refund system might be at fault in falsely stating the processing of the refund/ any other manual/technical reasons for error. Which is no longer my concern as I have been deprived of my rightful due amount and suffered great agony having had repeatedly facing this hassle in a helpless manner. I am a student, you are an educational company. Pls show some empathy with my rightful demand.

Pls do something for grievance redressal or I might be compelled to take the necessary recourse via consumer court and social media outreach.
