Physics Waalah - Admission is cancelled still charging via automated payment

My name is Manish kumar I choose physics for my younger sister she is in class **. After registration i choose emi options to pay fee but due to some reason my sister changed her mind to neet is not a good option for her she immediately cancelled the admission in physics wallah . After some formalities they accepted the admission cancellation request the PW charges ***** for admission cancellation according to the policy the amount is deducted in my bank account .my sister attended * day class in PW and cancelled the admission PW charges ***** approximately which is paid . But after cancellation they did not settle the emi amount and did not cancel the autopay . After two months the lord Krishna finance limited try to deduct the emi to my bank account my account has not proper balance so the bank charges me *** rupees for NACH fail due to insufficient funds on ** August after * days on * September the lord Krishna finance limited again deduct the amount of *** rupees I informed physics wallah mathura PW mathura employe said sir you have to pay **** for disabling the autopay . I already cancelled the admission and pay the full cancellation charge still PW charges me for what . This problem mentally frustrated me . Also this emi is not cancelled or not paid this will impact my credit score it afready go down please help me
