Based on their assurances and project timeline I greed to proceed and paid a total sum of ****** of which **% was paid before order and **% before installation .
Major complaints
*. Incorrect measurements taken by the design team which affected the look of the kitchen substantially.
*. Unprofessional, irresponsible, misleading, unresponsive and negligent behaviour by the designer team.
*. Refusing to make the necessary adjustments for their mistakes.
*. Lack of accountability by the designer team.
*. Ignoring texts,phone calls and emails.
