ION EXACENSE PVT LTD - Failure to deliver service under amc

I bought aquacare insurance amc for * years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in NOV **** at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, who had visited home.Insurance card no. *****;client id - ***** ;name: SHASHIDHAR SHETTY N ; registered phone no.[protected]; [protected]. Under the amc they were supposed to provide service every * months under which they are obliged to replace the filter and do maintenance works for the said purifier. However nobody has turned up so far despite one full year elapsing from the contract date. Repeated calls to their ** hrs help line [protected] has only elicited false promises of service within next **hrs but in reality nothing has happened. Nobody has turned up to deliver the promised service. It seems like these are fraud people fooling several customers like me. Please let me know as to how to make them deliver on their promises and not cheat us like this.
