Respected sir / Madam ,
I have purchased AMC on dated */*/**** from your company . From then onwards no one has come for maintenance purpose, ** days back I had called to your Jayanagar branch aquacare centre for service but no one has reached us from ** days to till now they have given us so much of problem and they had Came * days back to our home .
Before service, the filtered water was coming, after the service happened there was no little drop of water had come. After one hour I had called the person who had come for maintenance and informed him that a single drop of water is not coming, he told me that he will come tomorrow. From past * days no one given proper response but yesterday I had called once again and asked him to come but once again he told me that he will come tomorrow. They are telling same thing that they will come tomorrow. But today when I called them they are not responding properly. The person who is working in your aquacare company who is receiving the call they are not acting kind /wise with customer , their behaviour is rude and the person named may be Vinod who is working in your company has told me if you want your money back mail to the company and he is telling that he will not come up to ** days. From this kind of behaviour from your staff we are facing so much difficulty and we have felt very bad .
From your AMC we have not taken single maintenance from your side so please give us back our money and please for your staff tell them to behave nicely with customers and the person who are well specialised in work appoint them . Please give us our amount back without any problem
