Aosmith - Failure of registration of warranty online due to internet shutdown in time

Sir,

it is submitted here that I purchased HSE VAS-X*** Water Heater through Dealer namely M/S Bath Impression Channapora. As per Digitalization now warranty registration to this very product are done through online mode but due to Abrogation of Article *** internet was shutdown from *th August **** so I was not able to apply online for Registration to the said web site I.e.www.aoSmith.india from the date of purchase I.e **.*.****. As and when the *g internet was restored by Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India but due to very low speed we were unable to open this very website so we emailed the concerned Company on ** June **** so they can help us in Registration the warranty period. we again on ** June **** in response saying that the date has now been closed for registration as Company rule out that after purchasing of product registration is made for warranty within two months. we told them the reason that in view of Abrogation of *** followed by instant shutdown we were not able to register for warranty for a period of * years as per Company conditions laid down .
As a Consumer the concerned Company can entitle the reason of not able to register warranty online due internet shutdown but they are not understanding the reason behind not registering the warranty within time period.
Sir this is not our fault the internet was shutdown due to law and order problem.
Lastly sir I emailed them in case the Company don't register our product we will take up the matter with the Consumers Court at Srinagar for redressal of my grievances for registration of Warranty period .
