Google Pay - Failed UPI payment

I made a payment via Google Pay known as Tez on **.**.****. The payment was for Rs. **,***. The money was deducted from my account and the app showed that transaction has been completed. However, the recipient did not receive the money. Further, my bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed from their end.
