I have been calling Videocon call centre for past few weeks as I am not able to use my Videocon d*h.I have registered many complaints but every time I got fake commitments and false statements. I was supposed to have a engineer visit within a month if issue is not resolved however they are delaying it and they asked me to be online as they were transferring my call to senior but as soon as I was put on hold they disconnected my call. I again tried to reach them but they answered my call, they kept it aside and after *-** minutes they disconnected my call.
I am not able to watch any of the channels from past few days I have registered lots of complaints but I am not getting any kind of solutions, they are just consuming my money and the service they are giving is a hell.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
