Balaji Arunachalam filed complaint against Casio Edifice on Jan 25, 2026
I would like to register a complaint regarding the highly condemnable and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the Store Manager, Mr. Murali - **********, and the Technician, Mr. Nazeer - **********, at your Casio Exclusive watch store in Chennai at following address. M/s. TRIOMEGA INDIA PVT LIMITED, Old no. **/*, new no. **/*, Sardar Patel Road, Kasturibai Nagar, Chennai – ******.
On October **, ****, I had my watch serviced by Mr. Nazeer, who charged me INR ****/- for the repair works. He assured me on the condition and performance of the Casio machine, which convinced me to opt for the repair rather than purchasing a new watch. Unfortunately, within just two months, the watch began to malfunction. I visited the above service center today at around * PM to report the issue.
To my dismay, Mr. Nazeer responded in an irresponsible manner, stating that machines are unpredictable and anything can happen at any time. I expressed my frustration, explaining that had such uncertainty been communicated at the time of repair, I would have chosen to buy a new watch instead. During this exchange, Mr. Murali the store manager intervened and made an arrogant and unacceptable remark at me, “ Sir, do not argue or shout over just INR **** and risk your health and life, then I have to attend unnecessary police enquiries” He implied that I could lose my life over the argument, which is totally unacceptable and highly condemnable statement from a professional company like Casio.
As a customer who has paid for your services, I believe I have all the right to question a failed service within two months, regardless of the amount involved. No Casio representative has the right to humiliate or threaten a customer, that too after providing a failed service. It seems I was taken advantage of, simply for their service revenue and then met with arrogance meant to silence my complaints.
Therefore, I am reaching out to you to intervene, investigate, and help me with refund of my money for the failed service and appropriate action for the humiliation I faced.
