Gijum Potom filed complaint against Casio Edifice on Oct 6, 2020
On **/**/** I had given my watch for reparing in M/s Genesis which was still under warranty. The limited time period for a watch repair should be some days of work but it had been more than * months I had not received any call or information from the above mentioned shop.
So I request Papumpare District Consumer Forum to immediately take action against the seller.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
