I HAD RECHARGED PLAN *** OF JIO FOR THE NUMBER ********** FOR THE VALUE Rs***.** ON JIO.COM BY AXIS CREDIT CARD.
RECHARGE COULD NOT EFFECTIVE AND FAILED , I HAVE FOLLOWED UP TILL **TH DECEMBER ,THEY HAVE DEMANDED TRANSACTION NUMBER WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN ( TXN NO ********** PAYMENT RECEIVED BY JIO ON *RD DEC ****) ON **TH DECEMBER ****,NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM ****@JIO.COM,CARE@JIO.COM,APPELLATE.MAH@JIO.COM,INFO@RIL.COM.I HAVE SENT CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ALSO.
